How soon can we get a home?
Right now the timeline for delivering you a home is about three months.
Can a modular home be put on any building site?
Almost anywhere you can stick build a home, you can put one of our factory built homes. We will visit your site to make sure the conditions are right.
Do you offer a turnkey solution?
Yes, we deliver and setup your home on site. We can also do the excavation, and provide the foundation, well, and septic system. We can sell land to you, arrange financing, and help you get the permits necessary. We do it all!
Is there a warranty?
Yes, all homes come with a 10 year structural warranty. In addition, we will provide you the details for the warranties of all your homes components.
Do the homes come with appliances?
We can provide appliances or connect you with a local retailer. The choice is yours.
Do you do site visits?
Yes, we will evaluate your site to determine how we can best deliver your home at no charge.
Are modular homes more expensive?
No, in today's market modular homes tend to be a little less expensive than stick built homes and the quality is equal or better.
How long is the setup time?
Once the home is delivered the setup time will vary from about 3 weeks to 6 weeks depending on the complexity of your home.
Do I need a permit?
Yes, there are permits you will need; however, we will help you get though this process.
Can we customize our home?
Absolutely, all homes can be customized to suit your needs.
Can I get a mortgage for a modular home?
Yes, modular homes are mortgage friendly. We can put you in touch with a mortgage broker who understands modular homes.
Can my home have a metal roof?
Yes, we can put a metal roof on any home. Contact us for more information about this.
What kind of foundation does the home need?
It depends on what type of home you want. If you want a modular home, you need a concrete foundation with a 4ft or 8ft concrete wall. If you want a mini home, you need a granular gravel pad. We can supply both of these.
Will I need a crane?
When we visit your site we will determine if a crane is required for delivery. If a crane is required, we will work out the details for you.
