CEO/Owner
Dave Chapman
Dave is a professional engineer with over thirty years of experience in manufacturing and construction. He splits his time between the road visiting prospective building sites and the office, where he provides technical and commercial guidance to customers. That combination keeps him close to both the practical realities of a build and the decisions clients are weighing before the build starts. It also makes him unusually good on the sales side: Clients trust him because the advice holds up on paper and in the field. And if Dave doesn't know the answer to your question, he'll find it.
Project Manager
Matthew Chapman
Matthew has been with Maritime Homes for five years. He started on the marketing and sales side, but as his construction knowledge deepened and Maritime Homes grew, the natural next step was project manager. Today he's the one coordinating trades, drawings, and schedules once the project is underway. His range of knowledge is what makes him effective, he understands what a client is hoping for and knows exactly what it takes to build it, so the home that gets delivered matches the one that was promised.

Angela Holdright
Angela has been with Maritime Homes for ten years and brings over twenty-two years of customer service experience to the team. She's the one clients lean on through the selections process, walking you through layouts, finishes, fixtures, and the dozens of small decisions that add up to a finished home. Angela is meticulous about her work, and it shows in the details: nothing gets missed, and every choice makes it from the conversation to the build exactly as intended. Bill Allen
Bill Allen founded Maritime Homes in 1984 and has since sold and installed over 360 homes. That experience makes him our site consultant, the person who walks the lot and tells you whether the home can actually get in there, no matter how tight the access looks. Bill has also helped shape the modular industry itself, building unique homes like ML-601 and the Signature at a time when nobody else was attempting them. Four decades in, there isn't much he hasn't seen, and there's rarely a site problem he can't solve.
